They needed support managing a detailed timeline for rolling out their new look while ensuring every employee received comfortable and stylish apparel aligned with the new brand identity. Their vision required brainstorming innovative product ideas, managing logistics, and delivering a flawless experience for 200 employees—a challenge we were ready to tackle.

Our Solution: Collaboration and Customization

We partnered closely with the client, aligning schedules and coordinating the availability of their new artwork. Through collaborative brainstorming sessions, we identified products that complemented their refreshed look and selected the best apparel options for employee comfort. The initial phase of the project included custom-branded kits for each employee, containing:

  • 4 hoodies
  • 4 t-shirts
  • 2 beanies
  • 1 baseball cap

These kits were thoughtfully packaged, pre-sorted by size, and ready to hand out, ensuring convenience and efficiency.

Expanding the Experience: Jackets and Personalized Hats

The next phase involved providing each of the 200 employees with a jacket and two additional baseball caps of their choosing. To ensure every employee felt valued and involved, we attended the client’s rebrand event, bringing:

  • Size samples of 6 different jacket options
  • Samples of 4 custom-branded hat designs

Our team worked one-on-one with employees, helping them select the perfect items to match their preferences. From color and style to decoration method and logo placement, every detail was customized to reflect individual tastes.

Once selections were made, the EZ team took over, assembling each employee’s chosen products into a personalized kit labeled with their name. This meticulous organization eliminated the need for counting or sorting on the client’s end, streamlining distribution.
